learn on the (new) job or take time off to learn?
I am considering a new job with a different blend of technologies from what I am using now.
I'm finding it hard to choose between learning on the job and taking time off to learn before entering the job.
If money is not a factor, do people have answers, based on experience (not just opinion) about which way to go and which factor(s) should be considered that have worked for them?
